1.2 Shipping, Delivery, and Refunds
We aim to process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. Gracely is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control. No refunds available unless product is damaged.
